Communion
In a place as special as Roc Boronat, for a day as special as your daughter’s communion, as it could not be otherwise, we created a very special atmosphere and gastronomy.
On a sunny day, in a banquet-style setting, guests enjoyed an Italian aperitif with cheeses, cured meats, fruit, breadsticks, and croutons. This was followed by starters: cherry and bocconi skewers, strawberry gazpacho, mini quiches, an assortment of croquettes, Spanish omelet canapés, and salmon involtimi, all paired with beer, cava, and chilled wines.
Once at the table, we served steamed cockles, seafood paella, and a large communion cake.
